6 Step Search Module:

1.    Introduction

  • personal acquaintance and determination of the housing requirements
  • introduction to the rules and regulations of the Dutch (rental) housing market
  • presentation of our services & handing over the expat information package

2.    Desktop Home Search & Research

  • personal or telephone briefing accompanied by email questionnaire to identify housing needs
  • scanning the complete local market for suitable properties
  • screening property offers on availability and background conditions debriefing and assisting with short-listing preferred properties arranging on-site viewings

3.    On-site viewings

  • attending on all home viewings
  • free airport/company/hotel pick-up service
  • analyzing/reviewing properties visited

4.    Completion/closing

  • negotiation of rental price and conditions with the landlord and/or representative
  • assistance in supplying the necessary personal documents 
  • translating and explaining the terms and conditions of the final rental contract

5.    Check in

  • attending the property walk through at the check –in
  • conducting an inventory inspection to be signed by all parties involved
  • checking the installation of all basic and auxiliary utilities (gas, water, electricity, telephone, television, Internet)

6.   Check out

  • notice to the landlord
  • liaise with the tenant and landlord and providing the employee with departure details and processes for the closing down of utilities, etc
  • accompanying on property walk through at the check –out inspection
  • negotiate the best possible solution to any damage claim made by the landlord and arrange the return of the deposit, as well as any overpaid rent if applicable
